Strawberry Pudding

Pudding an unconventional offering to the sewya swaroop . With lifestyle change and the Globalisation of Food , let us be magnanimous to allow the Bhog samagri , as our children prefer westernised food. Keeping in mind the purity and satvikta , let us prepare this delicious pudding at home.

Ingredients

6 to 8 Slices of pure vegetarian white bread.

1 Bowl fresh Strawberry .

3 Cups Milk

2 tbs Vanila Custard Powder

3 tbs Sugar.

Butter.

Preparation Method

Boil the Milk and add sugar. Mix the custard powder with little cold milk,mix and add to the boiling milk.Keep stirring to avoid lump formation. Allow the custard to stand and cool.

Toast the Bread slices , butter and cut them into triangles.

Wash and drain the Strawberries. Chop them into slices vertically.

In a Pudding bowl arrange the toasted bread slices and pour custard over it – making sure the slices are soaked properly.

Top with sliced strawberry , sprinkle suger to add texture.

Here we go cut a slice and offer dear Thakurji with a Tulsi leaf on top.
