Ingredients
- Fresh Milk Cream 1 cup.
- Curd 1tsp
- Few strands of Safforn
- Few Pistachus
- Few Almonds
- 1 Cardamom powder
- 1 tbs crushed Sugar.
Preparation Method
Add curd to the cream and keep it overnight to curdle.
Beat the curdled cream to acquire separated butter from whey..you may need to add a little water for clear, solid butter.
Add the powdered sugar.
Chop the dry fruits finely.
Add the chopped dryfruit , Saffron leaves , cardamom powder and beat properly to serve the delicious MAKHANMISRI BHOG.
