Melon Shorbat

Varuthini Ekadashi comes in Vaishakh Krushna Paksh , which is generally hot – to offer cool drink for the Sukh of Shri Thakurji , here we prepare the Juice or Shorbat of Melon.

Ingredients

  • 1 Musk Melon / Cantaloupe
  • slight sugar if required

Preparation Method

Peel,deseed , cut the musk melon / khabooja – and liquidify in a mixer…if the fruit is not sweet enough please add some sweetner as sugar or honey .

Serve Shriji with a sprig of Tulsa maharani atop.
