Today Paapmochani ekadashi , we have to offer Charoli / Chirongi an Indian dry fruit. Let us prepare Rajagira Seera , which a variation of regular Sooji / Aata halwa / Sheera .
Prepare , check the texture and top it with Tulsi Sprig before offering to Shriji . Remember to cover and take the Prasad samagri to the alter.
- 1/2 Cup Rajagira Powder
- 2tbs. Ghee
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Chirongi washed and drained.
- Water 1/2 Cup [milk- optional]
Heat Ghee in a pan and roast fry Chirongi when pinkish in colour add the Rajagira powder and stirr fry till roasted pink in colour.
Add water and sitrr vigourously to avoid lump formation, when appearing to be dry add Sugar and mix well till the time the Sheera leaves the sides of the pan and ghee surfaces.
Take out in a flat platter garnish with Tulsi Sprig and offer with full devotion that your Laalaji would like it .
