Corn Gratin

Monsoon is the season for Fresh sweet Corns in India . Corns full of starch and Protein – also known as Maize – is a cereal grain, grown world over. Consumed in many forms regionally , let us prepare here internationally approved Corn Gratin here for our Thakurji .


  • 1.Cup Corn kernels boiled and grated
  • 1tbs butter
  • 1cup milk
  • 1tbs Maida
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tbs Cheese Spread.

Preparation Method

To make White Sauce heat a pan add butter and Maida saute for 1 min. and add milk with constant stirring – add salt and stir till it thicks – to the White Sauce add rated Corn and mix well. Now add Cheese spread and mix well.

If you like it baked – grate cheese on top of it and bake till it melts.

Serve this cheesy delight to Shri Thakurji with Tulsi leaf and Love.
